We will take a brief medical history and potentially ask to see the affected area (if appropriate). Intimate areas will not be examined in video consultations. We can then give you advice and prescribe herbs based on the information provided.
We treat the information you provide online with the same confidentiality as we would if you were attending an in-person appointment. We do not disclose and discuss any personal information with anyone, and our online consultations are provided using an encrypted Zoom platform for enhanced security.
Rafal Gierula is legally licensed with the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM), which works to uphold standards of excellence in Chinese herbal medicine and is the only professional body focusing on the herbal element of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the UK. Rafal is licensed by the RCHM to prescribe and distribute Chinese herbal medicine to private patients, and his practice is therefore bound by the highest professional safety standards.
Simply select a time and day that suits you using our online booking form. We will require some basic information from you, such as your name, email address and mobile phone number. You will be asked to make payment for your consultation at the time of booking. You will then receive a booking confirmation email and a link for your online consultation.
The Well will appear on your bank statement but the nature of your appointment is not disclosed at any time.
